Fiona managed my apartment for me during a recent trip abroad. She quickly evaluated the property and found great tenants at a very good market rate. Her margin is extremely reasonable. The property was very well looked after and everything was left in perfect condition and spotlessly clean. The whole experience was pretty much hassle-free and I will definitely list with Fiona again in the future.

Fiona has managed our property for years now and as well as her expertise at finding reliable and trustworthy tenants I have loved her fixed management fee which means there are no extra costs for inspections or sourcing servicemen. She is on top of all changes to landlord requirements and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.
