Have used these guys for quite a few years and the service man are great and the jobs done are good. But after accepting a quote on trusting them and then seeing the job done and one serviceman for an hour replacing abut 3 or 4 expansion joiners and regluing the price was very high on asking for an itemised list was told this was not policy or maybe too much trouble. So never accept a quote from them without making sure you know exactly what youre paying for. Service: Gutter repairs

Very poor service. The roofer Iain was good, did a fine job turning up and fixing the roof. But the manager in the office was absolutely rude and unhelpful, all she cares about is Charing every dollar on top of the job, and I asked a simple email summary of the cause of the leakage and she kept on saying they charge extra administration fee and overhead. The customer service is the worst Ive ever encountered. I do not recommend this roofing company.
