        I ordered the breast pads starter pack in regular size which are meant to measure about 10.5cm diameter according to the website. Although I receive the order promptly, they were the wrong size, despite the invoice stating size regular. They looked big so I measured them and sure enough they were 13cm in diameter which is large on the website. I tried all the modes of getting in touch, the chat function on the website didnt seem to work, so I emailed and left a detailed message over the phone. After a week I hadnt heard from anyone but received an email that my purchase had been refunded. I dont know if Id recommend ordering online as the communication isnt there if something goes wrong. Mistakes happen but a little communication can go a long way...
