Julie is a fabulous yoga teacher who offers a variety of yoga classes in a warm friendly space. Julie is a caring experienced teacher who offers variations throughout her class for all abilities. I highly recommend Julie.

Its just great. I really like that concept that you book every lesson separately which gives you a lot of flexibility. Julie is always friendly and welcoming. The lessons are for every level of fitness, a lot of options are provided so you can choose how much you want to challenge yourself. If you have a stressful life or just look for some relaxation this is the place for you. Thank you Julie :)

Yoga with Julie is wonderful and I would recommend anyone at any level attending one of her classes. I find her class very accommodating of where I am at with my yoga practice. I will go as far as saying that I love Julie's Yoga classes. Claire

I have been going to Julies Holistic Yoga class for roughly a year now and love it. This class is different to intense flow yoga, while many of the poses are the same its more about stretching and giving tired and sore muscles some love. Small classes mean Julie is able to cater to specific areas if you have any niggles (which I always do) and movements are gentle but very very effective. The guided meditation at the end of the session sets me up for the weekend and I really notice if I miss a class. Julie is a fantastic teacher, shes passionate and makes sure everyone gets the most out of a session. I highly recommend her classes.
