Casabella beauty & massage salon

A friend of mine recently went here and was absolutely appalled by the service she received. She told me she wanted to leave a review and upon reading the owners unprofessional and threatening responses to other negative reviews, chose not to. My friend said the massage was costly and rushed. Would not recommend!!! Update: As you can see from the owners response, she is incredibly unprofessional and threatening. This is not the way to treat your customers. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere! Service: Massage

The massage was very good today, I feel is was worth every cent. $89 for 1 hour that really helped. I felt so relaxed. I will definitely go back to Lois!!

I was given a voucher as a Christmas gift from Grab One for a massage . It expired in On Feb 28 2022. With all that had been going on with Covid I did not get into trying to book until today. I was met with no flexibility on this expiry date from the woman. She point blank refused to honour the voucher ( money already paid). This is not good for her business as I could easily have become a regular. More fool her

I received a grab one voucher as a gift and booked in over the phone over the new year. I then got a text asking to reschedule on two seperate occasions over text with no reason as to why. When my appointment finally came, I unfortunately got stuck at work and text to let her know as she reminded me, which I felt terrible for. We then rebooked for the next week, which she proceeded to reschedule over text AGAIN. I called her to ask if it was possible for a refund due to the constant rescheduling and Lois (who I assume is the owner) yelled at me over the phone and refused to appreciate the she rescheduled my booking three times. I would NOT recommend coming here.
