Absolutely bloody awesome! I do a lot of facial treatments and have gone to many in the last 4 years in New Zealand but trust me this is the most best! Not going anywhere else after the experience. From the ambience, the hygiene, the service absolutely worth every penny. I did the 3 step acne facial and Krista looked after me so well! Extremely professional and is a absolute lovely. The process didnt just make my skin look good but made me feel so healthy from Within. I can say with a lot of assurance that they havent compromised on the products they used as well! Poor customer service. Communication error with booking and no attempt was made on their part despite being my word against them, who knows who was right. Didn't respond to emails and then sent a confirmation text to my mobile that doesn't get any signal out in the valley, and no response to two emails I sent. Didn't get a call/text /email at the time of the appointment so still did the 45 minute trip in. Got told I would be contacted to resolve the issue but no attempt was made on their part again. Took the full amount I'd paid for the booking despite the clinician saying they were too busy to call me anyways at the time of the appointment. At least a small gesture of getting some of my money back or rebooking would have been appreciated seen as though they did the bare minimum regarding booking and I never confirmed the booking so still my word against theirs. As a first time customer trying out a new place wasn't impressed.
