From a previous employee A pie got dropped on the floor and the owner put it back in the cabinet to be sold Would leave filled rolls in the cabinet for weeks even when the meats grey and she wants to sell it Puts the price up and for less food Boss yells at staff Ignores staff Belittles staff Charges way too much for such small portions of food that aren't worth it Won't use esquires brand products as she wants to only buy cheap products Very nasty owner of the business Will be kind to customers and turn around be horrible to her staff members She has had many staff come and go because no one wants to work for her

Ordered a wonderful Mince and Cheese pie. Was served with an artistic swirl of cheap tomato sauce and a lettuce leaf for decoration. The pie was microwaved to within an inch of its life and was inedible. For $11 the pie was a clear rip off, and certainly not up to the Merivale standard! To their credit they refunded the $11, hence the one star. If youre hungry, just dont. Go to McDonalds the food is better and the presentation is superior.
