I used Switched On recently for the second time, this time for a comprehensive bathroom and laundry renovation. Wade was my consultant and he took into account all of my requirements and provided many good suggestions to fit within my budget. The team was professional, including Kim the project manager and all the tradespeople I saw. Any minor problem was quick resolved. The renovation was completed on time and the results look great. I plan to use Switched On again in the future.

We needed a company to take care of refurbishing a property after a family member passed away. Wade was my point of contact and was fantastic. Whether working out a scope of work, budgeting, organising all the different people to do the work, keeping me up to date with progress or alerting me to small issues as and when they came up they were great. They even pointed out where the original EQC scope had missed some things which we were then able to claim back! The entire project was taken care of without any hassle to me and the results look great. Very happy customer!

Poor management, don't show up when they say, call to cancel but not make another appointment. Would not recommend
