Mark Prosser Builders have done a great job on our new house, workmanship and quality of finishing work has been excellent, all staff and sub contractors very easy to deal with and variations have only been ones for changes we have requested as work has progressed

Mark and Melissa are excellent people to deal with. They have a great team and a group of able sub contractors that understand the quality of workmanship and timelines required to work on their projects. We have been pleased with the process and finished product of the projects completed for us.

We have worked with Mark and Melissa on two projects; first the repair of our earthquake damaged two-storey weatherboard home which was a complex job, and completed in a painstaking manner, resulting in a very high quality repair. After selling that home (which had been our home for 34 years) we asked Mark and Melissa to renovate our next (and current) home, built in 1975 but needing a complete makeover and an addition, to bring it up to what we needed. Again, Mark and Melissa did a painstaking job, accepting only a first-class finish. The completed house is a joy to live in and it's no exaggeration to say we consider ourselves indebted to the two of them - and their very good team. It's worth mentioning that all their staff we dealt with, were friendly, engaging, and courteous. Mark and Melissa are a very good team and are very supportive during the pre-contract discussion and planning, and then took leadership throughout the build process. They worked in with our architect and all other supporting professionals (engineers, insurers, council etc) in a very professional and seamless way. They made the whole process one which we could enjoy. If we were to embark on a building project again, we would ask Mark and Melissa to do the work, no question. Thank you, Mark and Melissa.
