        Had a general miscommunication and misunderstanding at a pick up location that resulted in a 24 hour phone call wait time to speak to someone. The lady on the phone kept speaking overtop of me, not allowing me to speak the issues, then blamed myself for the handling of the situation. I am appalled at the service received when trying to understand their processes. Service: Dry cleaning
