Absolutely loved my session with Cameron, he talked with me in depth about what I wanted to do with my hair and reassured me throughout the appointment. The results are perfect! Don't you just hate it when you go into a new hairdressers as a brand new customer, perfectly on time, walk in all excited and then nothing, no one greets you, says hello or even bothers to look up and even acknowledge you, so you sit down and other customers come in, are greeted and taken through, meanwhile your thinking I might just leave but you've already paid for the voucher, that must be booked online, as no one man's the phones, voice-mail message only, 30 minutes go by and a blonde women finally comes over and says "have you been checked in yet" no greeting and it proceeded very robotic, distant, automatic, didn't care and didn't care if anyone did, as long as it wasnt her problem, this women needs a holiday. Obviously by this stage your completely deflated and not keen on a stranger touching your hair and can't get out of there quick enough, never to return and have to manage the rest of the day with the disappointment that you didn't get the new style cut you wanted and paid for and have to make a new booking elsewhere, but more so that you were invisible and completely ignored as a human being customer. This place seriously needs to re train in "simple customer service for dummys" Unfortunately "worst customer service " wasn't a category in the services list for this company. So for all you grabone voucher holders out there, who aren't elderly retirement age regulars, good luck
