        I am visiting family from the states, and needed some pain relief due to the long distance trip! I also have Lupus, and Fibromyalgia. I had a head, neck and shoulders massage with Kirsten Polglase. She was very nice, knowledgeable, and showed me some stretches that would be helpful afterwards. I will go to her again when I'm here next time!
