The absolute worst medical practice I have ever been enrolled at the reception staff are awefull and power tripping, the don't keep any notes and seem to avoid referring you to any outside services and the appointment times are always 2 hours behind

Not a good general practice to enroll with. Practitioner didnt keep any actual notes, which i only found out about when I switched to another practice. Refferals for needed care were few and far between. Mostly seemed like they enjoyed frequent visits from patients while putting in minimal effort. Get a doctor that actually cares about you! You deserve it.

Have just moved here after an awful experience with previous GP, fantastic service from start to finish here friendly, efficient & on time couldn't ask for more!

I have been member at Pro Med for few years now. But yesterday was first time I had to use services other than general check ups etc. Having really bad flu and sore throat. I called thr reception as appointment seemed booked out online. But they manage to give me an appointment with Dr Omeed. I was happy with the entire process from booking appointment to consulting and also had my prescription ready at pharmacy on site. I have family overseas who are doctors and I could tell they do their job well here. My partner is member here aswell and had manytimes got prescription over phone without any issues. Thanks Promed.
