I rang to inform the receptionist that unfortunately my Ola cab had cancelled after waiting for 10 minutes and was waiting for my replacement cab which meant I would be a couple of minutes late. She told me that the patient load meant that she could not accommodate my request and either cancel the appointment and offered to be rescheduled for Friday. I pleaded with the receptionist but to no avail. I cancelled the appointment. The issue is that being rescheduled for another day meant another whole lot of reshuffling of my work (I work outside of Christchurch) and family commitments. To add to my annoyance was having to pay $10.00 for cancelling the cab who was about to pick me up.

Ive had outstanding experiences with both Dr James Blake and Dr Iain Melton. Both have been exceptionally patient and articulate in the procedures Ive undergone with them this year. If there was a 6 star rating available then they would get it.
