        Not the friendliest bunch of people. I needed to access something on my phone which ONLY uses facial recognition. I pulled my face mask down very briefly(while still being respectful to other clients). I was shouted at from across the room "to put my face mask back on"! Raising my head to acknowledge where the rude shouting voice was coming from, the other assistant next to her, showed me her "I'm exempt from wearing masks badge".....which to be fair, I never requested to see......Seems the two ladies on duty have had poor experiences created by other non-compliant clients, thus taking their frustrations out on good compliant customers who actually follow the rules set out by the government. Manners, learn some, you have NONE and could do with A LOT of them! Kind Regards
