Thursday + Friday service is great, no matter what time. Good toilets, gas, Prezzie Cards, coffee and helpful staff.

Always enjoy this BP 30/03/23 - I just had the MOST AMAZING service from a young lady, closest to the window. Some of the best service I've had! She should honestly have a pay rise!

Just want to say customer service hurt my feelings on the phone I just wanted my pie :( p.s Ubered got wrong order but Ngl this sausage roll is bloody delicious still sad tho

If I could give a zero star I would, on 7th of March at 5:30pm, an old guy served me at the counter and he was very rude. He snatched the $10.50 worth of food from my hand just because my debit card didn't go through (I didn't realize this at all, and the card didn't go through because I used an old card and not the new one by mistake) and that old guy, instead of telling me nicely, he snatched the food away as if I am going to steal the food. For god sake its only $10.50 and I'm driving a Mercedes Benz so do you think I would steal the food? As if I don't have money? I feel very disrespected and ashamed and to the owner you should get him fired. Staff like him makes you lose your customer. I'm not coming back at all.
