Not a happy panda with buying boots , last Thursday and by Friday the zip broke and taking them back .. was told cant replace them or give me my money back .. so now Wednesday rang to see how things are going, they just send them to be fixed and hopefully by the weekend they might be fixed.. sorry have been a customer for years and they have been great but very angry with the way I have been treated.. I live in methven and made a special trip on Saturday to take them back.. the girl was unhelpful and felt ..like what the hell .. why did I spend $280 on them .. seriously I just want my boots but that doesnt seem to Matter to them .

Good variety of styles in footwear & different form other stores. However, was disappointed that a staff member kept calling out to me from behind me at least 6 feet away. Please approach the customer to ensure that they know you are in fact speaking to them, as there usually are other people in the store & I personally will not engage with people calling out from behind me as I do not know that you are addressing me, finding it unprofessional & rude. On a further note, perhaps the best approach is to ask " how may I help you?" & not "Are you okay there". Great store, customer service needs work.
