This guy Richie, had my phone for a fraction over 12 months. Didn't reply to any of my messages or calls. Refused contact. Finally managed to catch him at home after 380+ days and I got threatened, assaulted, and my phone thrown in the bushes. He then proceeded to kick my feet, trying to trip me up while I was leaving his premises and asking which authority his company is under. And I think he tried to bribe his way out of my 1 star reviews by saying he had the battery right there... Meanwhile I'd requested a USB-C Port replacement. What a joke! Absolute piece of work. Avoid at all costs. Will be lodging a complaint with an oversight authority.
