I would highly recommend Paul Belcher and CM-New Zealand Limited. We were referred to Paul from McBride Construction, who we approached for EQC on-sold work. From our first meeting, Paul gave my wife and myself a great deal of confidence with his previous EQC experience and in depth knowledge of a process, which is very complex for a layperson. Paul demonstrated a great working relationship with not only the constructing company, contractors, designers, but also EQC. This appears to be from his attention to detail and extensive building knowledge, which comes across in our meetings and has defiantly speed up the process. I can't speak more highly of Paul Belcher and the service he provided to my wife and I. He thoroughly inspected our property, identified the issues requiring remediation, arranged for a full range of quotes from the relevant trades, produced a comprehensive and detailed report in support of our claim, and liaised with EQC on our behalf as they processed our claim. The information that Paul provided to EQC on our behalf was professional and compelling and resulted in our claim being accepted and processed quickly.
