Responded quickly to our requests. Personable, dedicated and professional. Liz went out of her way to get our property purchase organized. She has a lovely, easy-going nature, and this combined with her professional attitude that made buying our first property so much easier. When we needed information, she was able to get back to us quickly. She communicated well with the vendor and ourselves, and was prepared to work hours that were not family-friendly; this shows her level of dedication. I'd recommend Liz to any prospective buyer.

An expert and supportive experience.We were having difficulty navigating the Chch property market seeking to purchase having recently returned from overseas. After meeting Sharon and Reana at an open home, they reached out and offered their support as buying agents. The amount of leg work Reana did in investigating opportunities, working with Sharon and others on how to find us a property that met our needs in an inflated (imho) market was incredibly valuable to us. From ensuring all EQC and other docs were available to us when we needed them, to finally finding us our perfect home, the team did their utmost to help us. Initially nervous about this new venture, the experience, expertise and support provided by Sharon and Reana, including bidding for us at auction, was enormously valuable, making the often exasperating process of house purchasing a much easier one. We couldnt have done it without them!
