The team were incompetent of simple mailing instructions and didn't respect customer privacy. When asked to declare the package contents, I stated that I will WRITE this on the declaration form. The lady continued to push for me to reveal the contents out loud, verbally in front of other customers. I proclaimed a second time, I will just write the contents on the form (which she will see in just a moment). That is when another collogue rudely interrupted the interaction and accused me of attempting to lie on the form!! This was incredibly unprofessional on both team members parts. It is NOT hard to respect customer privacy by READING the content on the declaration form rather than expecting a verbal declaration in front of other customers.
