        I am new to New Zealand from the UK and researched what the best bank was to go with. Although the customer service was great when applying for the new account, the address for my physical card has been inputted wrong on TWO seperate occasions forcing me to wait for over 2 weeks just for my debit card. Having to use an overseas card is costing me everyday!!!! Not Great at all
