Calling a customer while they are driving asking where they are going is unacceptable. The car is rented for a time period and while being used the driver should not have to explain who they are visiting where. This is unprofessional behaviour Thank you for responding not deleating like last time, the car was returned on time as per the agreement, no extra time other than you dispatching it the day prior as you were closed on the day they booked, you will know it was only used for less than the agreed 24hrs. It was returned full and clearly you have find a way to punish them for the review. I hope others use a company that is registered with the rental car association and not have similar issues.

A few weeks ago I had to fly south for an funeral. My friend was unable to collect me from Timaru airport so was in need of a rental. There were none available at said airport so my husband looked further afield and found a car at Aoraki Rentals. It was the last one available. Mike very kindly collected me from the airport back to the office where I signed up. I was due to return it back to him on the following Tuesday where he was going to drop me off at the airport. However due to the adverse weather conditions in Auckland the flight was canceled. I needed to the get the car back as he had someone else lined up for it. As it turns out I was able to keep the car until I returned it on the Thursday, when I was booked on another flight whereby Mike kindly dropped me off at the airport. I found him extremely accommodating and would highly recommend his company. Thankyou Mike. Hope you enjoyed the chocolates.
