        Had an issue with my laptop not booting up was told that my laptop motherboard was faulty and wasn't worth fixing took it to Tony's Computers and Tony replaced hard drive runs perfect now and didn't cost what was priced through focus. Unhappy with focus does pay to get another opinion.

        Was told my laptop was broken beyond repair, and was quoted $1200 for a replacement from Focus Timaru. Decided to get a second opinion, and was shocked to be told that the issue was a software problem and after paying just $70, the laptop is now working perfectly. Lesson for today...get a second opinion!
