Aramex Timaru (Formerly Fastway Couriers)

Similar experience to the many other 1 star reviews, 2 weeks to get from Auckland to Twizel. Would give Aramex no stars if I could. Now they are the ONLY courier to consider Twizel rural and charge extra. What a rip off. Avoid this shonky outfit wherever possible. In the future I will not be trading with any company that uses Aramex.

Only have Indian call takers who are very hard to understand. I had damaged goods delivered which they picked up. Haven't seen them since. Won't respond to emails or return phone calls. Will never use or recommend these turkeys.

I went there to collect a parcel which was supposed to be delivered but wasn't. I called the number for the parcel to be redelivered twice and eventhough I was assured that it would be delivered on two occasions, it wasn't! Very poor communication between this franchise and their service center based in Christchurch.

Been 6 days and still waiting. From North Canterbury to South Canterbury. Suppose to be 1-2 Days. No different to the old fast way courier. What a joke. Found out my parcel went past Timaru(south canterbury) and ended up in Invercargill. Here tomorrow apparently. Why people use this courier company is beyond me. I won't purchase off sellers who deal with them in the future. Good luck aramess

Slowest and most unreliable courier in NZ... Couldn't believe the customer service reply to my email asking where my parcel was after 2 weeks of it sitting in their depots... it was "why don't you get on a plane and go get it yourself"
