The water in Talbot Street Geraldine is off again (this has happened numerous times since we have lived here) - apparently they have a loud hailer which is impossible to hear if you live in a back section. Why cannot the Council on behalf of Citi Care send an email advising local residents of any issues in the immediate area. If they can send Rates Notices by email, they have your address - what is the problem?

Lazy council full of yes-men who do nothing to develop their town. Buildings on Stafford Street would collapse and kill people in an earthquake and it's impossible to move to Timaru, as there are only 3 available rentals in the whole town. What a waste. It's a town for the rich to retire in. Stay away from Timaru if you're young. There's nothing here for you.

Sloppy service, arrogant, lazy, incompetence abounds! They leave trip hazards around the streets! They leave holes in the foot paths which creates big public safety hazards! They false advertise! I would avoid having much to do with these people if you can.
