        My brother has been in Melbourne for 18 weeks following several strokes and finally arrived back in Christchurch today. Promed Timaru were booked to pick him up from Christchurch Airport. I contacted them to see if it would be possible to see my brother before they set off for Timaru. Dealt with Catherine who went above and beyond to make this happen. There was 3 Promed staff who came to collect him (Catherine being one of them) and all 3 were very helpful, kind and caring. Thank you so very much for all your help and kindness shown today and for taking such good care of Gary. Janene
