        I came in looking for carbon brushes my old Cobra mitre saw, these parts dont exist anymore and instead of saying sorry cant help you they said they look like X brand and had a look but no match then they said have got a box of old bits and bingo, found one that with a little sanding would fit. That is what I call good old school service
