        Was told $80 to run a diagnostic over the phone. Ended up getting billed $140 for labour (1hr), and $50 for travel (fuel). I live only 9min away. I know fuel is expensive these days but looks like running on jet fuel. Just wanted to say there were costs not told to me when I asked in the first place when making a booking. Dont engage customers with these hidden cost especially during inflation. Guys did a good job on the diagnostic but the admin let the satisfaction of the service down.

        Was quoted $500 for 1 Ariel point and 1 internet point, then never heard back from them. Must have been busy pffft. Went to Timaru Tech, much more professional and excellent price
