I have been a customer for some years now. Gas is always delivered quickly and usually I am not even aware that the gas bottle has been changed. Very friendly and efficient service. Thanks, Rockgas.

The delivery person did not even change my partially used bottle but I was still charged for a full bottle delivery. They did not respond to my question about why the change-over valve was untouched. Simply charged me $145 for nothing. Make sure your bottle is completely empty before reordering and double check whether your bottle has indeed been changed.
