The delivery person did not even change my partially used bottle but I was still charged for a full bottle delivery. They did not respond to my question about why the change-over valve was untouched. Simply charged me $145 for nothing. Make sure your bottle is completely empty before reordering and double check whether your bottle has indeed been changed.
