        Dealt with a staff member who forgot to charge us for our fishing license and also put weak braid on the new rod we purchased for salmon fishing. ( Had to remove it all as it was super weak. $40 down the river)Then when we called regarding the license he was rude and told us we had to drive all the way back or the license would be canceled. He messed up but wouldn't apologies instead put it on us. Will not return. When we tried to get a copy of the license he spelt the email address wrong and thankfully the owner was very quick to get this to us. The young man in there needs to learn customer service and to apologize when HE makes mistakes. We are all human. Errors are made, but don't blame the customer when we spent time going over what we wanted ( to which he gave us a much better suggestion for the license) then not charge us
