    Not providing good services. Patients have to suffer to the maximum before anyone will listen or sometimes nobody will listen to you. very good at charging on time but not same with the services provided.

    Very disappointing service from the clinic. Unfortunately, the day after we signed up, Dr Rob got into an accident which meant he was unable to receive any patients. Which at first was understandable, but now it's neglectful to their patients.There should have been a replacement from day 1. I have been dealing with a cough that has not gone away. I have been to the clinic multiple times and after the last visit I will not be returning. While going through my history, the nurse practitioner stated because I am an early childhood teacher, I should accept having a cough and being sick. This was very off-putting for me. Yes I understand being a teacher makes me more prone to being sick but that should NEVER be a reason to give a patient. After this appointment, I have decided that I am no longer subjecting myself to this sub par service.

    I appreciate that the doctor has been in an accident and is unable to attend patients, but realistically the nurse practitioners expertise only stretches so far and if you have an issue that needs more serious attention than throwing antibiotics at it then you should really seek treatment elsewhere. I found myself paying doctors rates for sub par medical care and frequently had to present at ED to actually get seen by a doctor. You either need to replace Rob or find suitable cover while he recovers. Patient care should never come off second best.
