NZ Post Shop Highfield

I have a friend who is dying and I paid a lot of money for a fast over night courier. When I bought the ticket I was not asked if I wanted a signature delivery and I didn't instruct this, however the lady made it signature required and the parcel was not delivered because my friend's caregiver had gone out briefly. So I have lost a day and now I'm just hoping my friend survives that night so she gets my gift in time. I rang the local post office in her town but they wouldn't redeliver. That is was what the automated service voice said. I couldn't talk to anyone so I am left feeling frustrated. Not good customer service from NZ post.

I wanted to send a document to the Philippines and specifically asked what is the fastest and safest way to send..I was told it would be by Courier and to be received around 2-6 business days. so I payed extra but after almost 3 weeks, my parcel still haven't been received due to the staff putting "ECONOMY" label instead of Courier. So I payed extra bucks for useless service, getting lost parcel. Even if they will refund me, it would not compensate the stress and hassle that we are going through right now. Those were original documents needed by my sister before her flight. Without those, she may be offloaded. Never again!!!

Seems like things have changed since all the negative reviews about a year ago. I find the staff incredibly friendly and helpful.

The frontdesk is lack of courier/products knowledge, probably need to get more training on frontline tasks would be more helpful. They do greet you well like anyone could do.

Labor Day might affect these hours. This is NZ the word is Labour. When you cant get this minor thing right it doesnt give much hope for more complicated things
