Solve Physio (formerly Motus Timaru)

I have seen 20 or so Physio's since my accident in 2013 and none have come close to the care and attention Geoff has. If you are looking for a physio you really cannot do better.

Geoff Thompson is absolutely brilliant! Actually listens, and gives sound advice with exercises to do at home, and is very thorough in explaining what's going on and how to get the best results. Very grateful for his expertise. Highly recommend Solve Physio.

I went to a couple of Physios before visiting Geoff at Solve and cant recommend him enough. Hes extremely knowledgable!! Hes very inquisitive with his questions around your injury, all in a bid to find the source of the problem. We managed to find the cause of a persistent injury that had been giving me issues for years. I will definitely be recommending him to others in Timaru.

Having seen many physios over my life, I really believe that there are only about 20% of physios are actually truly effective, i.e can actually heal people. And having been to almost every physio in Timaru, I have settled on Solve Physio for the past 6 or so years. Geoff will actually look for the source of the problem, not just treat the symptom. He will ask you lots of questions, problem solve what the issue is, and treat the actual cause. Can't reccommend Geoff enough. Have moved away from Timaru and now going through the process again to find that elusive gifted physio. So for you lucky people who still live in Timaru, dont waste your time searching and go and see Geoff.
