Multiple issues, constantly being reassured Id get a call back or my prescription and I got neither. One receptionist PROMISED to call me back by the end of the day a couple hours later and I hadnt heard anything again! So I called again asking for my blood results that I had been reassured Id hear back about the day before as they were urgent and STILL NOTHING no one is answering the phone its been almost 10 minutes, So two days now with a urgent bloods done and still havent heard anything not open until Monday so wont hear back for another two days. Not only that, but when I went in for my first appointment some old man pushed in front of me openly and the reception aloud that behaviour although I was waiting by myself for longer and being ignored..

Not happy after an appointment to have a lump removed getting to reception to pay only to be told it was $200.00 !! With no prior knowledge that it would cost this much. I was NOT told there was any extra charge by the Dr who recommended getting it done or the reception staff when making the appointment. I even checked on their website & it says they do the procedure but nothing to say it has such a great cost. Then told tuff the $200.00 charge is our policy. Not happy

SCAMMING business! Why do you charge for phone consults and then which end up requiring a visit following day and charge consultation fees again? FOR THE SAME PROBLEM!
