Engaged with TMG Connect to arrange the necessary maintenance/improvement works on my property. I am time poor and was not based in Timaru during the time so having a project manager, particularly TMG Connect, was the best decision I could have made to make the improvements go as smooth as possible. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would - so impressed! TMG Connect were amazingly efficient at getting the works required underway and keeping me updated along the way. They hit the right balance of just getting on with it and understanding what needed to be done but also touching base appropriately for confirmation on scope of works or approval of costs. TMG has a great reputation and it really shows with the great relationships they have with different trade companies/contractors and getting priority in the job queue. There was no way I could have managed this by myself in the time available
