Sold me a car without updating registration which resulted in me getting a $200 fine from the council. I went back to Caroline Mitsubisi where they updated to rego for 3 months. They said they will update it another 12months and email me later in the day to confim this. They also said they will pay the fine that day aswell. No word from them in 48 hours. I called to complain about not replys or confirmation. Brain said "you got 3 months". I asked to update the rego today as promised 48 hours ago and to please email me. Rego was sorted but no email. As for the fine I was informed by Brian that they are disputing this with the council. I find this extremely rude as we both know this is Caroline Mitsubisi fault. Not only that If Id had an accident I have no cover. Extremely poor service, Very disappointing experience and arrogant attitude from management Update: Thanks for responding and proving my point
