No way it is as good as when it was a separate store, in terms of customer service or stock. There was a young guy behind the counter, who just had no intention of catering to my needs, but unfortunately, this is the sign of the times with everything today, no social skills, or genuine service. He just had no intention in serving me, plus the way the place is stocked, isnt as good, as when it was when it was a separate store. I hate businesses merging

waited 15 minutes to be served during a very quiet time, just to have a lady cut in front of everyone else and be served first

Wonderful service from a lady name Sharyl if I am correct. She when all the way to provide me with what I came for. Not really buying but to check on our account. She did not have all the info but took me to someone who has. Great service.

I wasn't impressed with the offhand attitude of the young woman who was serving at the counter. I asked for help and was regarded with a blank look and reluctance to offer advice or practical help. Customers are obviously a nuisance and shouldn't bother her when she would prefer to be somewhere else. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience and I will go elsewhere in future. It is staff who make the difference and poor staff don't do a business any favours.

Sheryl is a complete legend, she is always really friendly and helpful, even when she's obviously busy. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my small business office and printing supplies and services.
