        Optometrist are fantastic and really know what they are doing and give great service, but the female receptionist lets the business down. Rang for an emergency eye appointment for an infected eye and she told me my work colleague would have to wait a week before she could be seen. Totally unacceptable given you only get one set of eyes, didn't even get given the opportunity to speak to one of the optometrists.
