A First Rate Agent. We worked with Debbie on the sale of two houses recently and found her to be first rate in all areas of her role, and as a person. Debbie was very easy to work with - warm but professional, an excellent communicator on all the aspects of the sale and very knowledgeable about her real estate market. She gave good advice on all aspects of the sale and left us feeling confident about the sale process. As this was an estate sale it was very reassuring to have someone that kept the process to a minimum of complexity. Debbie repeatedly demonstrated her knowledge of the region and market. More than once she made suggestions that seemed counter-intuitive initially (private viewing by appt., for example, instead of open home sessions), only to discover that not only was she was completely correct in her recommendation but that her suggestions facilitated the sale of the house and helped us get the sales price we were aiming for. Debbie also kept good communication, she set up a schedule of regular reporting, in a form that suited us, along with plenty of informal communication about the progress of the sale. She also demonstrated thoroughness and a focus on detail around the sale preparation and conditions that gave us a lot of confidence in the process.. As just one example of this she organised and supervised the cleaning of the house prior to showing and gave feedback on staging contents (which turned out to be mostly about decluttering) to ensure that it was up to the optimal presentation standard. I would not hesitate at all to work with Debbie again and highly recommend her to any one looking to buy or sell property in the region.

Successful campaign. We have had a great experience with Julian and his team. All of our requests have been met and our needs catered for. The process was quite long but the ideas to refresh the campaign went down well. Friendly helpful able to have a laugh but still able to take the process seriously. Great result. Thanks for everything. Would highly recommend Julian to anyone wanting a successful sales experience

Jeremy Kartolo. We have sold two of our properties with Jeremy over the last few years and would definitely use him again. Our first property was a difficult one to sell and he went the extra mile for us. He kept us informed of any movement and of all the contacts that he made. Just wonderful to have him as our agent.
