If I could rate zero stars I honestly would, The Timaru branch are absolutely useless. Vaughn is rude, arrogant and has ZERO people skills whatsoever. Would NOT recommend this branch of EB.

Vaughan Bramley is an awful store manager who has been extremely rude to not only his staff, but customers. One employee is currently 8 months pregnant and appears to be doing majority of the work at EB Timaru, including nearly all of the stock, which I do not this is good for someone in her position currently. He constantly talks down to people and has a very off-putting demeanour, he is very rude and his tone towards people has made employees cry with the way he talks to them.
