        Have ordered multiple times for myself and as gifts across the country. They always arrive perfectly chilled over night even in the north island. The profiteroles filled with creamy denheath custard are a must!

        I ordered a box of 10 premium assorted cheesecake squares to send to Christchurch city. However, due to wrong address given and interpretation, the parcel did not managed to reach my intended recipient. Thanks to Lisa and her team, they managed to sort this out and send a replacement package to my intended recipient at the shortest possible time. Special shoutout to Lisa and her Denheath team.

        I bought one of the custard squares at Robert Harris in Christchurch and was disappointed. The pastry was cooked but the custard although properly cooked, (no powdery mouth feel) was flavourless. I received a response from Denheaths and was very pleased that they took the time to ask me about my review. It's extremely unusual to find a company who cares what their customers think and even more unusual to respond to a slightly negative revuew. I shared the samples sent to me and I quote one response 'bloody amazing'. Overall I would recommend these products to anyone. Thank you.
