        No where is it posted that you need an appointment to open an account here - waited 20 minutes just to be told no, you need an appointment and there's a backlog of 2 weeks before we can even get you in. I guess you don't want my money so I'll take it elsewhere

        ATM swallowed coins ($500+) and there's been no resolution a week later. Long queues and limited opening hours. Not many tellers working but a lot of staff wondering around looking 'busy.'

        I went there to settle an IRD payment on 5/Dec/2022. It is inside Barrington mall. Just to your right at the entrance. Nice and tidy inside. There was a older male representative who served me. He was good. Smiled and had a wee chat while getting the things done. In general what I observed while waiting in the queue was that the speed of the service as a whole is slower.

        Avoid this branch. If you want to deal with a person, they're useless here. If you want to deposit notes or coins, be ready for the machine to eat your coins or notes and then have to wait a month to get the money you deposited into your account... Repeatedly. This branch doesn't care about the customer or fixing issues.

        Nice clean welcoming bank just inside the Barrington mall Simeon St entrance. Security guard checking customers signed in friendly. Bank tellers very friendly, providing thorough service. Maybe a little understaffed on the front desk. Once being served also excellent service
