Amazed that this organisation is still running. Terrible experience with all staff I encountered. Hours wasted trying to get design correct (not a complex design in any way). Saving grace was that eventually I was allowed to speak directly with the embroider who managed to sort for me 1 day prior to the date I was flying out. Brandwears response was "well you got the goods requested within the timeframe required".

Great initial meeting to choose our workwear. Unfortunately the service finished there! We had to follow up multiple times with progress. On the third follow up we were advised "we are still waiting for you to forward us your logo" Which had been already sent and confirmed 9 days prior and that only half the clothing order had arrived. When asked if they were still going to meet the advised deadline we were advised NO! and that they hadn't started mocking up the logo. We then advised we would still pay for and collect the workwear and we would go to another supplier to screen print due to timings. The response we had "Don't worry about it, we will cancel the order" I advised we still needed the workwear as we would be left in an even worse position without any of our order. I was then advised they haven't got the workwear and they would need to courier it to us late the following week. Shocking communication and service which has now left us without workwear for our new employees to wear. Based on our experience with Brand Wear I definitely would not recommend this company.

Extremely helpful and knowledgable staff! It was so easy to organise our staff uniforms, would definitely recommend.
