Receivables Management (NZ)

Im like everyone else trying too get ahold of them is tricky. I have been on hold for 3 minutes only too have the phone call ended on their behalf shocking!!

Been on hold, first customer in queue for five minutes, to have the phone beep and the call cut off. With an outstanding judgement on my credit check that was paid three years ago, the inability to contact these people to rectify this issue is disgusting to me.

Disgusting!!! Signed my debt over to another company and didnt notify me so have been paying them each week for month and months without them telling me Wont reply to any emails about it and making it near impossible for me to get a refund

They sent a letter to my address which obviously was the incorrect address - never heard of the person who it was addressed too, so I rang them to get my address removed, I was absolutely appalled with no answer, left a message with no answer back, wrote 2 emails with no replies back! I feel really sorry to the people who do owe money and need to contact them to sort it out - this company does not seem to want to help people at all !! I am very shocked ! Start answering your phones and provide some customer service!!!!!!! I have now just found a different number to contact on - finally got through and the service was very average with no sorry or nothing ! What a hideous company!
