        Sharon was absolutely awful and had terrible customer service at the service desk. I had a team card that wasnt signed and Ive used for years and I didnt know I had to sign. Instead of letting me know nicely she got very angry with me and told me she was going to cancel my card. Definitely not someone that should be in customer service, from a fellow customer service representative.

        It took 35 minutes to get a lay by when they was 3 people just standing there , l let 6 people though so not take them have to wait cause they didn't help it was so rude
