My little sisters cat was brought in here by a member of public from a nearby park, he was paralysed after having a blood clot (he was a 2yo medicated heart cat and we knew this day may come soon). He was wearing a collar and was microchipped. They did not check him for a microchip or phone us?? We found out via members of public he was in their care. He was also suffering, foaming at the mouth and paralysed and they would not euthanise until after we filled in all the paperwork? Money was not an issue but also animal welfare comes first? As a veterinary professional myself I am quite frankly appalled. There is no email to lodge a complaint with management.

Poor service, took my pug there. Was given the wrong diagnosis. Took my pug home 40 minutes later he went down hill so fast and had to be put down. Was charged through the roof. Even $42 for the box I took him home in. Got called 2 days later to ask for the medication that was wrongly prescribed back. No asking how I was etc. They're all about the profit not the pet or person. Very disappointed to go through this in my pets time of need.

What fantastic people! My beloved Labrador Harley had to spend a couple of nights here with life threatening pancreatitis. They were instrumental in his recovery, and I cant thank them enough, particularly Kate and Nathan. The compassion, love for animals and knowledge they showed was fantastic. Thank you so so much!
