        I have been going to f45 ferrymead for 3 1/2 years, and have never lost motivation. Fantastic place to train great people, Well worth a visit. Great having a 5.30 class.

        I love F45 Ferrymead! I love that the classes are all through the day, I can bring my daughter in the pram and get a session in, love the variety of work outs which keeps it fun and everyone is super friendly and encouraging. I have noticed a huge improvement in my fitness and strength since joining a few months ago! I love that you can work out to your own level so its wasnt daunting to restart after having my baby!
