Nest Residential

I purchased my house from Nest Residential in 2020, and it has been the gift that keeps on giving. As a first home buyer, house hunting was a daunting process. Until I met Simon. I walked onto the construction site and he personally took me through the skeleton of what would become my very own Nest. Every detail of the house has been cleverly thought about, from the LVL framing to the euro-style double glazed windows and AtaTouch smart vent system. There were no compromises on size or layout either, with an internal garage and two bathrooms (very rarely seen for townhouses in my price range!!). It was clear from that moment that Nest doesnt take shortcuts and strives to deliver top spec, energy efficient homes that will stand the test of time. Compared to other developers that I came across during my house-hunt, Simon stood out as being honest and genuine. I feel blessed to be in my Nest home. Thank you Simon ! I bought a Nest Residential townhouse in 2017 and what a smart buy! Super cosy, excellent insulation (well above the NZ building standard) of which the consistently low power bills could attest to the quality. High spec, great use of uPVC windows, and effective use of space. I highly recommend a Nest Residential build, great quality and a friendly team to work with. Thanks Simon and team!

After living overseas, I was disappointed with the standard of housing that was available and affordable in New Zealand. I dreaded winter in Otautahi. All that changed when I met Simon and started to understand what Nest offered. I am now the delighted owner of a warm, dry, quiet, more sustainable, secure home near the centre of town, living Carlos Moreno's dream of a 15-minute city. Simon has continued to be communicative and responsive throughout the building process and now that I am living here. Highly recommend Nest.
