        Before 9 round I had never joined a gym. I had trained (very much on /off) at some gyms and been given a program, but never could make it a habit and lost interest, That changed when I went to 9 round, every day is different, you can be done in dusted in 30mins , parking is good and its on way home from work , Since you can start a workout every 3 min you are not rushing to make the class, which makes training after work a stress reliving exercise.

        After trying many different gyms over my adult life, I've never stuck with any of them. Over a year ago I had a trial at 9round and thoroughly enjoyed it. I've been coming back regularly ever since. Best gym experience I've ever had. Trainers are super helpful and friendly and the environment is incredibly supportive. Love you 9round!
